Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed

 

We, at Eternal Pet Urns, guarantee that your pet urn or memorial will arrive in good condition. Items lost or damaged in transit will be dealt with expeditiously with the appropriate companies. Our customer's satisfaction is of the utmost importance and we will handle every concern quickly and to your satisfaction. Any questions concerning customer satisfaction should be sent here.

 

Once an order is placed, your pet urn or memorial will typically ship within 3 business days. Expected delivery times are between 1 and 2 weeks due to engraving, distributor location, and the client's address relative to the warehouse. Customers will be provided a tracking number for their order once shipping occurs. Items are packaged to resist damage during transit.

 

Return Policy

 

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Each manufacturer has its own warranties for their products. We will work with you to ensure your satisfaction. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip, and most importantly, please indicate the reason for the return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.

 

Please understand that due to the personalization of engraving, there will be a 10% restocking charge for returns that are engraved.
